NutriMill, a major manufacturer and distributor of high-quality grain mills, was quickly growing popularity and becoming a well-known household name. NutriMill recognized an opportunity to provide education about natural whole foods such as grains, legumes and seeds. NutriMill understood that by educating consumers, more people would see the value in owning a grain mill and their customer base would grow. Additionally, NutriMill saw opportunities to expand into retail markets and increase eCommerce presence.

EDUCATE, EDUCATE, AND EDUCATE

In order to realize the greatest benefit from their education efforts — consistency, focus and attention would need to be put into their strategy. Rukkus conducted a brand audit and created new identity and branding standards. We then collaborated with executives to develop a solid communications plan, that included education initiatives, robust interaction in social media, PR, and media placement strategy.

Concerted and focused communication efforts, launched NutriMill into thousands of homes that would not have otherwise considered purchasing a grain mill. More importantly, many more enjoy improved health and lifestyle as they become more educated about their eating habits.  Retail outlet, Williams Sonoma recognized the value of NutriMill and added them to their stores. Combined with disciplined and targeted efforts, in the following 4th quarter, NutriMill was able to double the amount of unit sales over the best previous 4th quarter sales in history.
